Our Roster has now grown to over 130 and we are still looking for more, again if you recall someone you serve with over there let Bruce know and we’ll give it a shot at finding them. We have received more than 1600 hits on the web page since it inception back in December. If you haven’t yet visited it, I encourage you to do so. We are constantly updating it with photos, roster additions and news updates, so bookmark the site and visit it periodically. We should have the full history of the unit after the reunion. The webpage has paid off; Steve Davis (1st Platoon January 1966 thru June 1967) found the webpage and contacted us. This is why we need it, for the guys we haven’t yet contacted and who are looking for old buddies or wondering what happen to them. Again, you’ll find it at: http://www.267thsignalcompany.org Please note, if you should go on the Message Board, please do not leave your email address on the Message Board. As the Administrator I have found quite a few suspicious names signing on to the forums. There are spammers out there who “fish” web pages to acquire email addresses. I did find at least 5 from Russia, which is a hot bed for this type of activity.
We now have 40 guys who plan on making it to St. Louis for the reunion. We loved to have more, should you want to attend and haven’t yet made up your mind; I encourage you come and join us, but time is wasting. We are having the reunion at the Crowne Plaza St. Louis Airport, June 12th thru the 14th. They have given us a generous discount on the room rate and a meeting room for the entire weekend. For reservations call 1-314-291-6700 and ask for “In-house Reservations”, be sure to tell them you’re with the 267th Signal Company Alumni Association. You must call this number to get the reduced rate. Should you want to attend you need to make a reservation before May 11th 2009, the hotel will not offer the reduced rate after that. Should you decide you want to attend please let me know at the, email, phone #or at address below. There are 3 Golf Courses that the hotel offers a 20% discount off greens fees, should you be interested in hitting the links while in St. Louis, Courses are: Pevely Farms Golf Club (636) 938-7000, Gateway National Golf Links (800) 482-8856, and Stonewolf Golf Club (618) 624-4653 . You need to call the Golf Course directly to schedule your tee time after you’ve made your reservation. I again remind those of you who said you were coming to get your reservations made before the May 11th deadline and be sure to get your checks into Rodney Ford. If you have lost the form that was sent with the Hotel information please call Bruce Barcik at the number below.

Check out the message board on the Main Page. You have to register to gain access, but can be used by all, for any questions you may have or any topics you have. Warning: There has been a number of people signing on the Message Board, who I suspect are fishing for email addresses for purposes of spamming (i.e. with email addresses from Russia). So it is advised you not put your email address on the Message Board.

Sad news has come with the returns also, the 267th Signal Company has lost a couple more of our fellow Alumni, Phyllis Brown called me to notify me that Duane Brown passed away. Daune and Phyllis came to the first reunion in Reno, all the way from Maine. I also heard from Ruth Creek, Clell Creek's wife, Clell passed on January 2005, he's buried in the National Cemetary in Fayetteville. I was also notified by Mary Silerthorne that Wendall Silverthorne passed away August 28th, 2008. Our hearts go out to the families of these men. May they rest in peace.

Good news: is thanks to Ray Kowalski sending me some orders he had saved and the "Snake's Tale" Newsletter - October 1969, We have been able to locate (Capt) Robin Walker - Company Commander 1969 (1LT) Harold Rideau - 1st Platoon Leader 1969, and most of the names on the orders.
